📖 Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:82 – 6:110)
Juz 7 continues Surah Al-Ma’idah and begins Surah Al-An’am, shifting the discussion from social laws to matters of faith, loyalty, and distinguishing between true and false guidance. The core theme of this Juz is understanding who to trust in faith, remaining loyal to divine guidance, and rejecting falsehood, even when it’s disguised as truth.
This section of Surah Al-Ma’idah highlights the importance of faith-based alliances (5:82–86). It contrasts sincere believers with those who manipulate religion for personal or political gain. The Quran calls on people of previous scriptures—Jews and Christians—to recognize the truth in Islam while warning against those who twist religious teachings for power and corruption (5:44–50).
The transition into Surah Al-An’am shifts the focus to pure monotheism (Tawheed) and the rejection of idolatry (6:71). Prophet Ibrahim’s journey to faith is presented as a model of rational thinking and spiritual conviction, showing how he questioned celestial bodies and ultimately recognized Allah as the only true God (6:74–79).
The Juz ends with a reminder that guidance is in Allah’s hands, and miracles alone cannot convince those who refuse to believe (6:109–110). True faith requires sincerity and an open heart.
